Investigation of the Effects of Teachers' Participation in Sportive Recreational Activities on Assertiveness and Hopelessness

چکیده

This study was carried out to examine the effect of sportive recreational activities, in which female teachers teaching different branches, participate on assertiveness and hopelessness. In order determine effects hopelessness, method applying pre-test post-test participants followed study. Assertiveness hopelessness levels were collected using “Beck Hopelessness” “Rathus Assertiveness” scales. Descriptive statistics ANOVA test used analysis data. As a result research, it determined that there statistically significant difference between first mean scores sedentary women experimental group who performed while no first-test control group. addition, participated regular activities for twelve weeks had decrease an increase levels. this context, can be said directing sedander will more efficient coping with increasing sense assertiveness, contribute education processes.
